• How long does it take to finalize a SitePack project?

  Normally we guarantee project delivery within 30 days. However, if your requirements greatly differ from standards, we would let you know about exact delivery time and specify it in the contract.

• What materials do we need for our website?

  At initial stage we only need:

  1. Your company logo and visual identity guidelines if they exist
  2. Only if you have such material readily available we would like to have written and visual information about your company, its’ services and products. Note that this material would not necessarily be placed on your website but rather used to inform us about your business.
  3. Our consultant would conduct a 30-60 min. verbal interview to learn more about your company and your expectations from the website.

• Are there any additional charges?

  We do not charge any additional or hidden fees. The only cost associated with your website would be web hosting and we have included 6 months of free web hosting in every SitePack package. After that you can opt to continue hosting with us or choose another company which provides hosting with minimum SitePack requirements. Prices for such hosting range from £5 to £15 per month. Our prices start at £5.99.

• What is web hosting?

  Web hosting is a service which allocates space for customers to place their websites on computer servers that are connected to the Internet 24/7. Servers are powerful computers that have extremely large hard drives, or an array of hard drives. Space is then rented to those who want a "website presence" on the Internet.

• What if we already have a website?

  If you already have a website we can entirely redesign it and build it from the scratch on the Sitefinity platform or we can use the same design and attach it on top of Sitefinity platform.

• Is there a need for technical knowledge to operate a website?

  Only basic computer knowledge is required to operate a SitePack website. As we do all the technical work, you can effortlessly manage your website content through very simple Sitefinity CMS software. If you can use Microsoft Word, we guarantee you will be able to use Sitefinity.

• What is CMS (Content Management System)?

  Content Management System is easy to use software that allows non-technical users to input, change, and delete website content. Most important benefits of websites based on CMS include lower cost of maintenance, speed of publishing new information, cheaper and faster upgrades in web functionality and design, and ability to reuse content. Developing a website without CMS is outdated, unreasonable, and in the long run more expensive.

• What about maintenance and technical support?

  You maintain the web content, web hosting company (if different from United Experts) makes sure your website is available online, and we can do changes and upgrades of your site through our Customer Support or you can opt to do it yourself or rely on any other of 60 Sitefinity Service Partners.

• Do we depend on United Experts for our website?

  While most other web developers do not give you an option to transfer your website elsewhere, with United Experts you enjoy a no chain relationship. Our solution is based on Sitefinity Development Framework which provides you with enormous freedom of choice to opt to rely on United Experts for future technical maintenance and development or on one of 60 other Sitefinity service partners worldwide. Also, you can get the entire web solution on a DVD or download it from a server and transfer it or modify it as you wish.

• Do we really owe our website?

  With web development companies who charge you a monthly maintenance fee or those who do not allow you to transfer your website elsewhere, you don’t really owe your website; you just rent it. With SitePack solution the website is yours and you can do whatever you wish with it.

• Why do you have such a low price?

  According to our business philosophy, any product or service lacks value unless it has a price appealing to the customer. We want to present potential customers with a clearly unbeatable offer in regards to quality and price so that purchase decisions can be made quickly with minimum negotiations or reason to look elsewhere. We deliver concrete web solutions which bring business profit and we believe that you will reinvest part of that profit for further web development with us.

• How is it possible to have such a low price?

  At United Experts, we strive to maximize our efficiency in order to minimize the price for our customers and maximize our revenue. Our vast experience built on top of honorable degrees from prestigious universities has given us the knowledge to build technology platform and business processes that dramatically shorten development time. In addition, it is necessary to point out that many web developers overcharge for their work which is clearly not the case at United Experts.

• When do we pay?

  1. You pay £100 within 7 days of signing the contract. This nonrefundable deposit guarantees that you will get written system requirements for the project and assures your commitment to the project;
  2. 50% of total amount subtracted by the £100 deposit is paid at the time you approve graphics design for your website;
  3. The remaining 50% of the total amount is due when the SitePack project is entirely completed.

• What are the payment options?

• What do we need to get started?

  1. You contact us or fill-in the short form;
  2. Our consultant would conduct a short verbal interview to discuss your requirements and answer your questions;
  3. We sign a standardized contract
  4. Project begins and we inform you about precise schedule of events (when the prototype would be ready, when we need more info from your side etc.)
