Ordering / Booking Your Training

• What happens when training is booked over the website?

  We would hold your date for 48 hours. Meanwhile, our instructor will contact you to arrange the details and confirm that we can fulfil your expectations. If you agree to proceed, we would issue an invoice which has to be paid in full within 7 days.

• Can we order / book training by phone?

• What do you mean by “Online, just for you”?

  We do not offer webinar style online trainings; Our online training is always personalized and delivered exclusively to one company or one person. Instructors communicate with participants via screen sharing and phone or VOIP.

• What do you consider by “London area”?

  Locations accessible by London Rail and Tube Services or other means of transportation offered by TFL (Transport for London).

• Can we order / book training by e-mail?

• Why are some dates scratched in the booking calendar?

  The scratched dates are out of possible booking range which is minimum 7 days prior to the training and maximum 60 days in advance.

• Why are some dates in the booking calendar in lighter-grey colour?

  Those days belong to previous or next calendar month.

• What are the red coloured dates in the booking calendar?

  The red coloured dates represent Saturday and Sunday which are non-working for United Experts and therefore not selectable for the training date.

• What do you mean by “Corporate friendly ordering”?

  Larger organizations usually have to follow certain procedures for ordering third-party services.  We can accommodate those procedures while letting you instantly book a training date which we would hold while the paperwork is in process. Therefore, you can get started by booking your training date without making a payment.

Payments

• When do we pay for the training?

  When you book your training date we would hold it for 48 hours. Meanwhile, our instructor will contact you to arrange the details and confirm that we can fulfil your expectations. If you agree to proceed, we would issue an invoice which has to be paid in full within 7 days for all orders totalling less than £2000. If the total price for your order exceeds £2000 payment terms are subject to individual arrangements. 

• How to make a payment via bank transfer?

  All relevant details for UK and international bank transfers are specified on the invoice.

• What are the payment options?

  For your convenience, we accept payments by bank transfer and online payments by all major credit or debit cards. For credit card payments there is a 3.4% surcharge. We do not accept cash or cheques.

  

• How to make a payment by credit or debit card?

  When you receive an invoice by e-mail you will also receive a link which would open a PayPal page where you can proceed with secure credit card processing. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal gateway. It’s enough to provide your credit or debit card details.
